Orders re-keyed into the accounts package
Workflow audit.
How the business runs behind the website: the path an order takes, how product data reaches the page, how customer questions are handled, and where people are doing by hand what the system should do for them. It isn’t sold yet, because I’d rather say so than sell something half finished.

Example findings
What it will deliver
The business behind the website
What it covers
- Order flow from placement through to fulfilment
- How supplier and product data reaches the website
- Customer service handling and repeat contact reasons
- Stock, availability and lead time accuracy
- Returns and aftersales processing
- What the business measures itself on
What it does not
- A price: it will not be quoted until it can be described exactly
- The website itself: the visual and backend audits cover that
- Building the integrations it recommends, quoted separately
What it will read
From the basket to dispatch
Scope varies too much between businesses to put a fair number on it yet. When it is ready it will follow an order from checkout to fulfilment, supplier and product data from its source to the page, and the reasons customers contact you more than once. Until then, the integrations work and the backend audit cover much of the same ground.
