- What’s wrong, or what you’re trying to build, in your own words
- When it started, if something changed, and what changed around then
- Any deadline that matters: a launch, a sale, a contract ending
- A request to see or delete the personal data I hold about you, with the email address it’s under
What it does not
- Passwords, API keys or logins: never send those by email
- Customer data or order exports: if an audit needs them, we’ll agree a secure way to share them
- Card details of any kind

Should I write or book a call?
Write if it’s easier to explain in words, or if you want to send links and screenshots first. Book a call if you’d rather talk it through. Either way, the first conversation is free.
Can I ask for my data to be deleted?
Yes. Email the same address with the request and the email address the data is under. You don’t need an account, and the privacy notice, linked at the foot of every page, sets out what’s held and for how long.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. Most clients are in the UK, the EU, the US and Canada, and I’m open to work anywhere else. All work runs on written terms and a deposit.
